We are talking Sales force automation as part of our talk on customer relationship management. When any organization adopts any system it always has its advantages and disadvantages to the firm. When a firm or organization go with sales force automation it’s give advantages to sales people, marketing people and also the manager level management team member. We are going to talk advantages to each of these three one by one. Today we are going to talk about advantages to the sales people with sales force automation. It’s been said that sales force automation system can increase productivity of sales personnel.

 

Advantages to sales people:–

  1. Sales force automation helps sales people to fill up their day to day sales order, reports, activity reports in prepared computerize forms. By using such prepared forms it saves the time of sales people.
  2. With sales force automation it’s very easy for sales team to transfer information from one place to another. With the use of internet it’s easier to transfer data or information from any local area to any where in the world. This helps sales people to save time.
  3. There are many limitations of paper-based product-inventory data, sales-prospect lists, and sales-support information. Once sales people are using sales force automation they will have access to the information when they need it. Such stored data help sales team to reply to prospect or customer at anytime, any where.
